How the integration is structured
WhatsApp in plemeo.ai is split into two layers:
- Organization layer — set once per organization by an admin. With Quick Connect this means storing your Meta App credentials so users can launch the embedded signup flow (Admin setup).
- User layer — each user (or team) connects a WhatsApp Business phone number from the Apps menu. Quick Connect handles this in a single guided flow.
