API Configuration

The webhook allows you to receive notifications from Facebook/WhatsApp, such as incoming messages or status updates.

Steps to Set Up

1. Enter Callback URL

This is provided by your web app. Use:

• https://<your_plemeoai_url>/webhook if using the OnPrem version, or
• https://tenant.plemeo.ai/webhook for the Lite version

2. Set Verification Token

Choose any verification token. It is used by your web app to verify requests from Facebook.

3. Save Settings and Subscribe to Messages

Click "Confirm and Save" to activate the webhook. In the same section, subscribe to the "messages" field by toggling it to "Subscribed". This ensures message events are sent to your callback URL.
