Purchase the App from the Store

Before you can use Meta Insights, you must first purchase the app from the plemeo.ai App Store.

Steps to Purchase

1. In the top navigation bar, open the "App Store" tab
2. Search for "Meta Insights" and click "Install" or "Buy"
3. After successful purchase, the app will automatically appear in the "My Apps" section

Access the App

Once you've purchased the app, you can access it through your installed applications.

Steps to Access

1. Navigate to "My Apps" in the plemeo.ai interface
2. Find Meta Insights in the list of installed applications
3. Click the gear icon to open the app's configuration panel

What's Next?

After completing the setup, proceed to:

• Configuration Guide - Set up your Ad Account ID and API Key
• Viewing Reports - Start analyzing your campaign data

Troubleshooting

App Not Appearing in My Apps

If Meta Insights doesn't appear in your "My Apps" section after purchase:

1. Refresh the page or log out and back in
2. Check your purchase confirmation email
3. Contact support if the issue persists

Can't Find the App Store

The App Store tab should be visible in the top navigation bar. If you don't see it:

1. Ensure you're logged into your plemeo.ai account
2. Check if you have the necessary permissions
3. Contact your administrator if you're part of a business account
