Configuration in plemeo.ai
In this step, you'll configure the WhatsApp integration within plemeo.ai. There are two parts: an organization-wide setup by an administrator, and individual setup by each user.
Organization-Wide Configuration by Administrator
Steps
- Go to the Settings section in plemeo.ai
- Under WhatsApp Configuration, set the following two fields:
- Webhook Verification Token
- This is the token you defined earlier in the Meta API
- Graph API Token
- This is the permanent access token created earlier
- Webhook Verification Token
- Save the settings to complete the organization-wide configuration

Individual Configuration by User
Steps
- Go to the Apps section in plemeo.ai
- Select the WhatsApp App, then enter your Phone Number ID into the appropriate field
- Note: This ID was obtained earlier during API setup
- Save the ID to finalize the setup
- After saving, a new WhatsApp tab will appear in the interface. You can now start using the WhatsApp chat via plemeo.ai

Important: All Meta API setup steps must be fully completed before configuring individual settings in plemeo.ai.
Configuration Requirements
Administrator Tasks
The administrator must have:
- Webhook Verification Token: From the API configuration step
- Graph API Token: The permanent access token from system user setup
- Admin Access: Administrator privileges in plemeo.ai
User Tasks
Each user needs:
- Phone Number ID: Obtained during phone number verification
- App Access: Permission to use the WhatsApp app in plemeo.ai
- Completed Setup: All previous Meta API steps must be finished

Important Notes
- Sequential Setup: Organization configuration must be completed before user configuration

- Multiple Users: Each user must complete individual configuration for their phone numbers
- Tab Visibility: The WhatsApp tab only appears after successful configuration
