Chat

Overview

This is the chat page of plemeo.ai. The main features include:

  • Communicating with the AI either by typing or using a voice message via microphone
  • Attaching files to provide additional context in the chat
  • Links and buttons for features such as chat history, delete all chats, conversation log, and email draft view (explained further in the next chapter)
  • On the right side, you can open any plemeo-supported app in its web version to boost your productivity

Chat Overview

Start New Chat

The chat function allows you to communicate directly with the AI. To start a new chat, click on the button new chat. Enter your message or query into the text field, and the AI will respond in real-time. This is particularly useful for quickly retrieving information from your business data.

Chat History

The chat history feature allows you to review previous conversations with the AI. This is useful for referencing past queries and responses. You can access your chat history by clicking on the history button in the chat interface.

Feedback

The feedback feature enables you to rate the AI's responses and provide input for continuous improvement. After receiving a response from the AI, you can give feedback by clicking on the thumbs up or thumbs down icons. This helps train the AI to better understand your needs and provide more accurate responses over time.

Selection AI-Model

Use the dropdown menu in the top right corner to select your preferred AI model. In the Lite version, models from OpenAI or Groq will be shown depending on the configured API key. In the OnPrem version, all local AI models installed by plemeo will be listed.

Note: Certain background operations use predefined models by default to ensure optimal results:

  • OpenAI: "gpt-4o"
  • Groq: "llama-3.3-70b-versatile"

If the usage of these models appears on the Controlling page even though you haven't used them directly, it's due to these automated processes.
